The following conditions explain returns and refunds for purchases from Applumiivex.

Time to Request a Return

Customers may submit a return request within 90 calendar days of delivery.

Please email service@applumiivex.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The product you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs or video where relevant to damage, a defect, or an incorrect item

Do not mail merchandise back before receiving return instructions.

Where to Send an Approved Return

Once a request has been approved, our support team will supply the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not use our registered business address for returns unless we specifically direct you to do so.

Product Condition

For returns based on personal preference or a change of mind, products should be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Unworn and unwashed, where applicable

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with the supplied accessories

  • Accompanied by the original packaging where reasonably possible

Items returned incomplete, significantly altered, intentionally damaged, or excessively used may not qualify for a full refund.

Different requirements may apply where a return concerns a product problem or a mandatory consumer right.

Problems With Delivered Items

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, or affected area, and video where reasonably needed to assess the concern.

We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without additional cost to the customer.

Responsibility for Return Shipping

We pay the necessary return shipping costs when a return is required because of our fulfillment error, a product defect attributable to us, or damage sustained during transit.

Our customer support team will explain the shipping arrangement before the return is sent.

For a change-of-mind, personal-preference, or other return unrelated to a verified product problem, return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Items With Return Restrictions

Discretionary returns may be restricted for certain products because of hygiene, health or safety requirements, customization, final-sale status, or their condition after use.

Relevant restrictions will be disclosed on the product page or otherwise before purchase.

Such restrictions do not remove applicable rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed goods.

Issuing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to show the credit after we submit it.

If the stated processing period has passed without an update, email service@applumiivex.com with your order number.
